1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using Videa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.
2. Description of service
Videa provides a video creation platform that allows users to upload assets and assemble videos. The Service includes features for managing uploads, organizing assets, and downloading finished content.
3. User accounts
3.1 Account creation
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
3.2 Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Credits and billing
4.1 Credit system
Video generation requires credits. Credits are consumed based on video resolution and duration. Credits included in your subscription reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased credit packs never expire.
4.2 Subscriptions
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
4.3 Refund policy
We offer the following refund options:
- Subscription fees: No refunds are provided for monthly subscription fees. If you cancel, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Credit packs: Purchased credit packs are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided that none of the credits have been used. Once you use any credits from a purchased pack, it becomes non-refundable.
- Failed video generations: If a video generation fails due to a technical issue on our end, the credits will be automatically refunded to your account.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension. Please contact our support team to resolve any billing disputes.
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@videa.at with your order details and reason for the refund request.
4.4 Payment processing
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Failed payments may result in a grace period during which you should update your payment method to avoid service interruption.
5. Content and intellectual property
5.1 Your content
You retain ownership of the content and inputs you provide to the Service. Videos you create using the Service are licensed to you for use according to your subscription plan.
5.2 Commercial use
Commercial use rights are granted only to users on Pro or Enterprise plans. Starter plan users may use created videos for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
5.3 Prohibited content
You may not use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon the rights of others
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Use the Service for any automated or bulk operations without permission
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
7. Privacy

8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
11. Changes to terms
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
